Posada Rybotycka is a small village in the valley of the Wiar River, within the Przemyskie Foothills Landscape Reserve
The oldest part of church of St. Onuphrius the chancel dating from the late 14th/early 15th century. The features added in the 15th century include the nave with the roof structure taking the form of a fortified tower, and another similar tower with a vestibule and chapel used by monks. The thick-walled towers comprise loopholes. Originally an Orthodox church, later it was part of a Basilian monastery complex. Inside we can see a brick iconostasis wall. Another noteworthy feature, the 17th century paintings in the chancel represent a combination of fresco and tempera techniques. With their subject matter they refer to south Slavic art.
